High Function Sheet
We have succeeded in processing sheets with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm while maintaining the excellent characteristics of PEEK. There are two products in the line: PEEK 4000, the unfilled grade; and PEEK 4110, with even higher sliding property.
Characteristics
- PEEK 4000/4110 has excellent heat resistance (HDT of 260◦C/1.82 MPa)
- PEEK 4000/4110 has excellent wear resistance (threshold PV of 350 kg/cm2●m/min)
It is strong under high temperatures, and is used in fields that demand high rigidity and slidability. - PEEK 4000/4110 is compact, with a specification width of 170 mm.
